IACMI – The Composites Institute, in partnership with Apprenticeship Works and the Robert C. Byrd Institute (RCBI), are working to close the advanced manufacturing skills gap to develop the workforce of tomorrow. Manufacturers now may participate in the Composites Technician Apprenticeship program, approved by U.S. Department of Labor. The Composite Technician Apprenticeship program supports individuals by preparing them to work with composites manufacturing skillsets in industries including aerospace and automotive.
