Hicham Ghossein elected to serve as IACMI Consortium Council’s SME Representative 2

We are pleased to announce Endeavor Composites CEO and President Hicham Ghossein has been elected to serve a two-year term on the IACMI Consortium Council. Hicham replaces Norplex-Micarta Sales Director Dustin Davis as Small/Medium Enterprise (SME) Representative 2.

“I am honored to be joining the IACMI Council and look forward to representing my fellow SME members across the country and serving the great leadership that IACMI has in place,” Hicham said.

Elections were held throughout the month of January, giving IACMI Consortium Council members an opportunity to both nominate and ultimately vote for those representatives to serve on the IACMI Consortium Council.

“IACMI would like to thank all those who participated in this year’s Consortium elections, as we appreciate your leadership and engagement within our IACMI peer community,” said Dale Brosius, IACMI Executive Director. “We are grateful to Dustin for service to our Council and for the outstanding contributions he has made to IACMI, and we welcome Hicham Ghossein to represent our SME community.”

This new addition to the Consortium Council will join Ex Officio Members IACMI Executive Director Dale Brosius, IACMI CTO Uday Vaidya, CCS BOD Liaison Tom Drye, and UT Research Foundation’s Dr. Maha Krishnamurthy. The Consortium Council also consists of Premium Members including American Chemistry Council’s Gina-Marie Oliver, Dassault Systémes’ Rani Richardson, and TPI Composites’ Steve Nolet. Other elected and appointed members include Executive Director Appointee FX Consulting’s Joe Fox, SME Representative 1 Composite Applications Group’s Peter Hedger, State/National Lab/Academia Representative JobsOhio’s Glenn Richardson, and Large Entity Representative Volkswagen’s Dr.-Ing. Hendrik Mainka.

The IACMI Consortium Council provides support to manage the activities and affairs of the IACMI Consortium. The Council, working with the CCS BOD of Directors and IACMI Staff, approves strategic plans, annual budgets, technical plans, projects, and IACMI Consortium activities.
