Thank you for attending the IACMI 2017 Summer Members Meeting in Dayton, Ohio.
The 2017 Summer Members Meeting in Dayton, Ohio featured highlights such as a tour of the University of Dayton Research Institute’s (UDRI) newly renovated composite laboratory space and a compressed gas storage vessel prototype from the IACMI project with DuPont, UDRI, Steelhead Composites, and the Composite Prototyping Center. A business panel filled with experts from several organizations offered a dynamic conversation on funding organizations, resources, and private equity options; and Purdue University offered insight into the cvfHUB which enables end-to-end composites simulation. Seventeen IACMI interns gave presented their research and experiences throughout their summer internships with IACMI members and partners. The meeting concluded with a composite scavenger hunt at the National Museum of the United States Air Force.
