IACMI is excited about several ways we’ll be convening, connecting, and catalyzing the composites community at SAMPE. Come see us in Booth M15 and check out these panels open to all SAMPE attendees, regardless of badge type:
Can We Apply Smart Manufacturing to Composites?
May 21: 2:00-5:00 pm Room 120
No industry seems riper for “Smart Manufacturing” than composites. Digital Twins, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Industry 4.0 are all tools that can be combined to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality. This session led by IACMI will feature real time successes using some of these tools, followed by a facilitated discussion among panelists and the audience. We are seeking industry input to identify priority translational research and demonstrations needed to overcome barriers to Smart Manufacturing implementation.
