For the 2025 IACMI Consortium Council Election, Consortium Members are being asked to vote to elect for only one representative to serve a two-year term on the Council in each of the follow groups:
- Small/Medium Enterprise (SME) Companies
- Large Entity Companies
- State/National Lab/Academia
Elected representatives may serve no more than one consecutive term.
In groups with a large number of candidates or in the event of a tie, runoff elections will be conducted to break the tie. In the event of a second tie, the IACMI Consortium Executive Director will cast a final vote to break the tie.
