Rock Fiber: A New Class of Superior and Cost-effective Fiber for Composites
Applying Igneous rock (Mafic materials), Rock Fiber will reintroduce US manufacturing of rock-based fiber (e.g. Basalt Fiber) to the composites industry. Differentiating Rock Fiber from all other basalt fiber manufacturers will be our process and quality, using 100% low-emission electricity for both energy savings and emissions mitigation. Rock Fiber will also manufacture a composite material called MiniBars™ for use as a rebar replacement in concrete.

TCA Float™ – Extreme Lightweighting for Composite Body Panels
CSP introduces a new, ultra-lightweight composite material for automotive body panel applications. Called TCA Float™, this material offers a sub-1.0 specific gravity (SpG) density and is the first sub-1.0 material available on the market to provide an exceptional, truly paintable Class A surface. TCA Float is 23% lighter than CSP’s award-winning TCA Ultra Lite®. Because it is similar in strength to TCA Ultra Lite, TCA Float can be used as a direct
replacement in current designs and applications – without changes to existing tooling or manufacturing processes – while maintaining the superior surface quality and paintability OEM customers require.
