If you are interested in becoming a member of IACMI- The Composites Institute, please take the following steps:

Step 1: Please download the IACMI Membership Application and review the document. We ask that you familiarize yourself with the questions of the application and acknowledgements associated with submitting a membership application (i.e. U.S. Manufacturing Plan and Compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws).

Step 2: Complete the Online Membership Application. We are no longer accepting applications submitted via e-mail. Note: The online application does not allow you to save your information; thus, it is strongly encouraged that you do not leave the application page or close your internet browser as entered information will not be saved.

Types of Membership

Charter Members Premium Members Resource Members Consortium Members
Required investment: 

  • $5 million over 5 years
  • At least 50% in cash
  • $100,000 cash annually toward IACMI overhead expenses
Required investment:

  • $1 million over 5 years
  • At least 50% in cash
  • $20,000 annually toward IACMI overhead expenses

 

Required investment: 

  • Provide resources (e.g. equipment, materials, or software) as cost share
  • Donated resources must be of value to IACMI
  • Must execute a Consortium Level Membership Agreement

 

Required investment: 

  • $5,000 annually for industry with ≤500 employees and educational institutions
  • $10,000 annually for industry with >500 employees

  • Cash contribution eligible for match subject to available funds
  • Leverage significant intellectual and resources capabilities
  • Influence in creation and direction of IACMI
  • Participation in governance
    • All Charters have a Seat on the Board
    • Elect one rep for the Technical Advisory Board
